The Kenwood Music Keg is very similar to the PhatBox, but it's not quite the same. The Kenwood Music Keg is a slightly newer revision of the hardware, it has different firmware, etc.; most importantly, however, is the fact that it is specifically compatible with Kenwood head units. But by and large, it behaves exactly the same once you get it in the car. And if you want more storage, the Kenwood Music Keg uses the exact same DMS cartridges as the PhatBox (available
here).
