I'm getting a "Runtime Error: Phatman.exe abnormal program termination" whenever I boot my computer.

There was a bug in an early build of PhatNoise Music Manager 1.87 which prevented a registry entry from being set correctly. The problem has been fixed and PhatMan 1.87 has been updated. If you have an early build of 1.87, you can download the PhatMan Reboot Fix and run it.

How do I print out the playlist information on my DMS?
From the device view, access your DMS and click the "Print" button at the bottom of your screen.

If you wish to view your playlists outside the PMM, insert your DMS, go to My Computer, open the PHTDTA partition and open the ".db" files with a text editor. These files are tab delimited, sorted by album, artist, or genre.

You may also open the files with Excel. Copy the file and save it to your computer's local hard drive. Right-click the file and choose "Rename". Replace ".db" with ".xls". You may now open the file in Excel.
