When I attempt to install the PhatNoise Software I get a "decompression error".

Insert the PhatNoise Music Manager CD into your CD-ROM drive.
Open My Computer from your desktop or Start menu.
Right-click your CD-ROM drive and select "explore".
Copy the PMM_setup.exe file to your local hard drive.
Double-click the PMM_setup.exe file to run the installer.

When I run the firmware wizard I get an error message that says, "Could not extract system files. Please run wizard again."
Delete all the files in the following directory: C:Program Files\PhatNoise Music Manager\Devices\PhatBox\files
 
OR
 
C:Program Files\PhatNoise Media Manager\Devices\PhatBox\files
Insert the DMS and open My Computer from your desktop. Double click PHTSYS. Delete the entire contents of the drive partition.
 
Run the firmware wizard and update the PhatBox. Click here for directions.
