Only the PHTSYS partition appears in My Computer

If only the PHTSYS partition appears under My Computer, you probably need to reassign the drive letter so that the DMS PHTSYS and PHTDTA partitions may mount in Windows. To do so for Windows ME, 2000 and XP:

<OL>
<LI>Right-click \"My Computer\" from your desktop</LI>
<LI>Click \"Manage\"</LI>
<LI>Click \"Disk Management\" under Storage</LI>
<LI>Right-click the PHTDTA partition and select \"Change Drive Letter and Paths\"</LI>
<LI>Click \"Change\"</LI>
<LI>Select&nbsp;a free drive letter from the drop down menu</LI>
<LI>Click \"Ok\"</LI></OL>

When I run the DMS Doctor I get: \"DMSFail2: PHTDTA and/or PHTSYS are not FAT32\"
Your DMS cartridge is not partitioned and/or formatted properly. Repartitioning or reformatting the DMS to something other than FAT 32 will cause the DMS to not operate correctly in the PhatBox. You can usually reformat the DMS correctly using the Windows format utility.
